Note: The Q-pod includes everything you need outside the chamber. For a complete measurement system, you also need to order a sensor (932-XXX), feedthrough
(930-XXX), in-vacuum cable (902-014), and crystals (934-000). Refer to our Sensors Brochure for sensors and feedthroughs to use with the Q-pod.
